Yasir Ahmad, MD – Child and General Psychiatrist at the Center of
Revitalizing Psychiatry
Dr. Yasir Ahmad is a Board Certified Psychiatrist. He has been the medical director and a Child
Psychiatrist at the Family Center in Verona for the last three years and has had extensive training
in childhood disorders such as ADHD, ODD, Anger management, and Substance Dependence. Dr.
Ahmad also sees adults and has been working at Hackensack University Medical Center for the
past five years in the Department of Psychiatry as an Attending Psychiatrist. While at Hackensack
University Medical Center, he has good exposure to all sorts of psychiatric conditions including,
Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, etc.
Dr. Ahmad looks forward to working with his adult and child patients and their families, and will do
everything possible to help them to improve their mental health and the quality of their lives.
