Traditional Outpatient Mental Health Services

This form of treatment can address a wide range of mental health conditions, and may be take several forms, including the psychiatric treatment and medication management, group therapy, or individual counseling.  A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation can be undertaken to determine a proper course of treatment. We offer:

Family Therapy and Couple’s Therapy
Solution focused therapy: individual and group psychotherapy specifically developed for various age groups

Substance Abuse Programs

If you are looking for additional support to maintain sobriety, we have two tracks available, depending on the level of support you need. 


Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SA-IOP)

SA-IOP is a 3 hours a day / 3 days a week intensive group treatment. It is designed to help patients to maintain sobriety and eventually cure their chemical dependency (to alcohol or drugs). Major Insurances (except Medicare) cover the Substance Abuse Program treatment.

Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment (less intensive)

Substance Abuse Outpatient (less intensive) treatment is a 1½ hour group that meets 1-2 times/ week. Patient may attend one group or both groups.  Treatment is open-ended, based on need, and may be coupled with individual therapy sessions.

*An evaluation will be performed at the start of treatment to determine most appropriate track.

Intensive Mental Health Program

If you're struggling with depression, bi-polar disorder, suffer from debilitating panic attacks, persistent worry, fears or phobias, or generalized anxiety, and these symptoms are severe enough to interfere with functioning at work and/or interpersonal relationships, help is available! 

MH IOP is a 3 hours a day / 3 days a week intensive group treatment. It is designed to achieve short-term stabilization and resolution of immediate mental health problem areas. Major Insurances (except Medicare) cover Mental Health IOP.
